At Nefertiti we do understand that sometimes appointment needs to be rescheduled or cancelled but we do ask that you please allow us 24 hours notice prior to your appointment. Outside of business hours a message can be left on our phone or appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled on our website through the online booking system.
If you fail to turn up for your scheduled appointment, as a ‘no show’ you will be charged in full for the services you originally booked for. if applicable your gift voucher will be voided, and any deposit paid will be retained. If you need to re-schedule your appointment and do not provide a minimum of 5 hours notice you may be required to pay a late service charge fee of $15.
