HOW TO LOGIN
NEW CLIENT LOGIN
If you are a ‘new client’ (i.e. not on our database) please register with your details and enter the code (NB case sensitive) found to the right of the ‘Code’ box to obtain a security password via SMS on your phone.
EXISTING CLIENT LOGIN
If you are an existing client, you will ‘Login’ using your mobile phone number on file & your password.
LOST PASSWORD or INITIAL LOGIN PASSWORD
If you have lost your password, you can click ‘Forgotten Password’.
If you have not yet used our Online Booking you may choose ‘I don’t have a password’
In both cases, enter the code (NB case sensitive) to the right of the ‘Code’ box to receive your login password via SMS. We recommend you change your password to something you can remember so you can easily remember for next time. Please note you only get 3 login attempts before the salon needs to reset your password.
HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING
- You can log in before or after making your online appointment selection to confirm it..
- Select the Category, Service & either Preferred employee or ‘Any Employee and click ‘Next’
- This will take you to the Calendar (arrow at top to change months) and then the time you want (note that unavailable times will be greyed out), then click ‘Next’
- Then choose the category & service and your preferred employee (or ‘Any Employee’) then select ‘Next’ to read & tick ‘I Agree’ to the ‘Online Booking Agreement’ & press ‘Book’
- You should then get a SMS confirmation and we look forward to seeing you then….

Booking a Treatment On-Line
When booking online you simply choose the time and date that suits you best and we shall return your appointment confirmation via SMS.
LABYBY AVAILABLE
LayBy lets you receive your treatment now while spreading the total cost over 6 weekly automatic payments, interest free.
How does it work?
When you are instore, you can ask us to pay by LayBy, using your account.

CANCELLATION POLICY
At Nefertiti we do understand that sometimes appointment needs to be rescheduled or cancelled but we do ask that you please allow us 24 hours notice prior to your appointment. Outside of business hours a message can be left on our phone or appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled on our website through the online booking system.
If you fail to turn up for your scheduled appointment, as a ‘no show’ you will be charged in full for the services you originally booked for. if applicable your gift voucher will be voided, and any deposit paid will be retained. If you need to re-schedule your appointment and do not provide a minimum of 5 hours notice you may be required to pay a late service charge fee of $15.

CANCELLATION POLICY
At Nefertiti we do understand that sometimes appointments needs to be rescheduled or cancelled but we do ask that you please allow us 48 hours’ notice prior to your appointment. Outside of business hours a message can be left on our phone or you can contact us through website, social media or alternatively text back to your appointment reminders.
If you fail to turn up for your scheduled appointment as a no show, you will be charged 50% for the services you originally booked for. If applicable your gift voucher will be voided, and any deposits paid will be retained.
If you need to re-schedule your appointment and do not provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice you will be required to pay 50% for the services you originally booked for.
