At Nefertiti we do understand that sometimes appointments needs to be rescheduled or cancelled but we do ask that you please allow us 48 hours’ notice prior to your appointment. Outside of business hours a message can be left on our phone or you can contact us through website, social media or alternatively text back to your appointment reminders.
If you fail to turn up for your scheduled appointment as a no show, you will be charged 50% for the services you originally booked for. If applicable your gift voucher will be voided, and any deposits paid will be retained.
If you need to re-schedule your appointment and do not provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice you will be required to pay 50% for the services you originally booked for.
